MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Welcome to the Future Centre, an institution dedicated to providing relevant education programs and rehabilitation services to students with special needs. Located in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, the Future Centre is an institution that focuses on enabling students with disabilities to experience joyful and meaningful lives. The Centre, today serving more than 60 students, has touched the lives of many students and their families. Some of those students have already joined regular, mainstream education. Teachers, and volunteers work together in an environment that is supportive and caring. At the Future Centre, we know that the quality of care and attention for children with disabilities is vitally important. We know that any family can be touched and helped by our programs. We know that the family benefits greatly from the support of others. We know that education and research are our best hope in the long run for developing effective programs and services. The centre aims to educate and empower the families, as well as the public, to be aware of the issues involved and to be actively engaged in the lives of students with disabilities. I invite you to explore our website. Learn about our programs and activities. Meet our students and staff. Read about the latest developments and news. And if you live in Abu Dhabi, we invite you to become a contributor and a volunteer.
Thank you for visiting our website.

| MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
I would like to welcome back our students and staff to Academic Year 2007-2008. We aim to achieve greater goals for our students, taking each student's individual needs in mind. Our teachers and specialists are well trained and well informed of their responsibilities. They know that our students come first and that each of them has to be treated well in and out of the classrooms.
Our Department Heads have plans for the improvement of assessment, curriculum, staff training and the centre's sytems and procedures for the delivery of quality services. We aim to reach out to more families through home programmes, regular visits and counseling. We are planning for an international conference and more seminars this year in order that we help in the training of our staff as well as the parents and other professionals from the community.
Indeed we aim for higher grounds. I once again send the centre's gratitude to our beloved sponsors who have stood with us throughout the last seven years. We look forward for their continuous support in order for us to materialize our dreams for the students...a brighter and better future.
