Ardit Lena
Founder, CEO & Teacher
Ardit Lena is the director of Future Centre and a German language teacher with nine years of experience. He has spent seven of those years at Future Centre.
He/She completed university studies in German at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University in Elbasan and obtained a Master's degree in Teaching at the University of Tirana in the years 2010-2012.
He currently serves as a German language lecturer at “EPOKA” University and is certified for the international TELC examination.
Advises students study systematically, read and listen attentively.
He/She completed university studies in German at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University in Elbasan and obtained a Master's degree in Teaching at the University of Tirana in the years 2010-2012.

Anida Lera
Manager and Albanian Language Teacher
She completed her Master's studies in Literary Studies (2010-2012) and served as a lecturer in the Department of Literature at the University of Elbasan (2012-2021). She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the Center of Albanological Studies (2012-present) and works at the National Library of Albania.
Thanas Qoku
Manager
He completed his studies at the Faculty of Forest Sciences, majoring in Forest Engineering (2006-2009). He has 15 years of work experience in various fields. He currently works as a Manager at Future Centre Academy for the past 2 years.

Rigelsa Dema
Coordinator
She completed her Bachelor's studies in History at the Faculty of History and Philology from 2016-2019. She also completed her Master's studies in International Relations at the same faculty from 2019-2021.
She has been part of the Future Center since 2021.

Bledar Shehu
German Language Teacher
He completed a Bachelor's degree in German Language ‘Translation and Interpretation’ in 2015 from the University of Tirana, and then a Master's degree in Teaching German for Secondary Education. With over 5 years of experience in education, he has worked at ‘Fan Noli’ School, ‘Adonis Education,’ and now at ‘Future Centre.’

Sanila Qafa
German Language Teacher
Sonila, a German language teacher, completed her studies at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University in Elbasan from 2002 to 2006. With over 16 years of teaching experience, she joined our staff in June 2023. She values a collaborative environment, modern technology, and opportunities for innovation.

Marinela Cakri
English teacher
She holds a Master's degree in English and has 22 years of experience teaching the English language. She has been with Future Centre for about 3 years. She values accuracy and positivity in the workplace.

Medina Jaupi
English teacher
Medina studied English at the University of Tirana from 2017 to 2022 and has 2 years of teaching experience. She recently joined our school. She values the comfortable working conditions, essential teaching resources, and supportive staff and dedicated students.
